Result To Care AI(“the Platform”) is a digital healthcare product owned and operated by Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd(“the Company”, “we”, “us”).

This Video Conference Call Policy explains how video consultations between patients and licensed doctors are conducted on Result To Care AI, including who can join, how the call is protected, what is recorded, and what is expected of each participant. It works together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Medical Disclaimer. By joining a video consultation on the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

1

Purpose of Video Consultations

Result To Care AI offers video conference calls so patients can speak directly with licensed doctors about their lab results, symptoms, and health questions. Video consultations on the Platform are used to: • Discuss AI-interpreted lab reports with a licensed doctor • Ask clinical questions and receive professional guidance • Allow the doctor to issue a prescription where clinically appropriate • Provide follow-up care after a previous consultation ⚠️ Important: A video consultation is NOT a substitute for in-person examination, hospital admission, surgery, or emergency care. Result To Care AI does not provide emergency services.
2

Eligibility for Video Calls

To join a video consultation, you must: • Be a registered Result To Care AI user with a verified account • Be at least 15 years old (users between 15 and 18 must have parental awareness and consent) • Have accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Medical Disclaimer • Use a device with a working camera, microphone, and stable internet connection Doctors must additionally: • Hold a valid and active medical license • Have completed our verification and approval process • Conduct calls from a private, professional environment
3

Booking and Joining a Call

Video calls are launched only from inside the Platform. a. Booking • Patients select a doctor and a consultation time from the Platform • A consultation room is created and tied to that booking • A secure, signed meeting link is generated for the scheduled time b. Joining • Sign in to your Result To Care AI account and open the consultation • Grant camera and microphone permissions when prompted • Wait in the waiting room until the doctor admits you c. Link safety Do not forward your meeting link to anyone. Each link is tied to your consultation and is intended only for the patient and the assigned doctor. If you believe a link has been shared with the wrong person, contact support@resulttocare.com immediately.
4

Identity Verification

To protect both patients and doctors: • Doctors are required to verify their identity and medical credentials before they can accept consultations • Patients are expected to join the call as the same person who booked the consultation • Doctors may ask the patient to confirm their full name, date of birth, or another identifier at the start of the call • A doctor may end the call if identity cannot be reasonably confirmed Joining a consultation on behalf of another adult is only permitted with that person's explicit consent. For minors, a parent or legal guardian may join on behalf of the child.
5

Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about your symptoms, history, and medications • Join the call from a private location where the conversation cannot be overheard • Use your real name and a clear video and audio connection where possible • Treat the doctor with respect and follow reasonable clinical instructions • Not record, screenshot, or transcribe any part of the consultation without the doctor's express permission • Pay the consultation fee, where applicable, before the call begins
6

Doctor Responsibilities

As a licensed doctor on the Platform, you agree to: • Join scheduled calls on time and from a private, professional setting • Verify the patient's identity at the start of the consultation • Provide care that meets the professional standards of your jurisdiction • Issue prescriptions only where clinically appropriate and permitted by law • Document the consultation in the Platform's clinical notes • Maintain patient confidentiality during and after the call • Refer the patient to in-person or emergency care when clinically required • Not record, screenshot, or transcribe the consultation without the patient's express consent
7

Privacy and Confidentiality

Video consultations are private clinical interactions between the patient and the assigned doctor. We protect your consultation by: • Restricting access to the assigned patient and doctor (plus, where applicable, the Platform's authorized clinical or technical support staff) • Using waiting room admission and host controls • Transmitting audio and video over encrypted connections through a vetted video infrastructure provider • Logging audit events such as room created, joined, and ended — but not the content of the conversation Sensitive content discussed during the consultation is treated under the Result To Care AI Privacy Policy and any applicable health-data laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
8

Recording, Screenshots, and Transcripts

Result To Care AI does NOT record video consultations by default. No server-side recording of audio or video is performed for standard consultations. a. No unauthorized capture Neither the patient nor the doctor may record, screen-capture, screenshot, or transcribe a consultation using personal tools without: • The other party's express, informed consent given on the call, and • A clear on-screen or verbal notice that capture has started b. If recording is ever offered If the Platform introduces an optional recording feature, the doctor must: 1. Announce that recording is starting 2. Display the in-product recording indicator 3. Stop recording immediately if the patient withdraws consent Recordings, screenshots, or transcripts created with permission must be stored securely and treated as confidential medical records.
9

Acceptable Use During Calls

During a video consultation, you must NOT: • Harass, threaten, insult, or discriminate against the other party • Impersonate another person or use a misleading display name • Share the meeting link with third parties or invite uninvited people • Use the call for any purpose other than the clinical consultation booked • Attempt to capture, scrape, or reverse engineer the video infrastructure • Conduct any illegal activity, including the sale or solicitation of controlled substances outside a valid prescription Violations may result in the call being ended, the consultation being cancelled without refund, suspension of the account, and where appropriate, referral to professional regulators or law enforcement.
10

Technical Requirements and Connection Quality

For a reliable consultation, we recommend: • A modern, up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) • A stable internet connection of at least 2 Mbps upload and download • A working camera and microphone, tested before the scheduled time • A quiet, well-lit, private location • Headphones to reduce echo and protect privacy If connection quality drops during the call, try turning off video, switching networks, or reconnecting. The doctor will resume the consultation once both parties are back online.
11

Missed, Late, or Interrupted Calls

a. Patient is late or does not join • The doctor will wait a reasonable grace period (typically up to 10 minutes) before marking the consultation as missed • A missed consultation may be subject to the Result To Care AI Refund Policy b. Doctor is late or does not join • If the doctor does not join within a reasonable time, the patient may end the consultation and request a refund or rebooking through support@resulttocare.com c. Call is interrupted • Both parties should attempt to rejoin using the same consultation link • If the call cannot be resumed within the scheduled window, the doctor will document the partial consultation and the Platform will handle rebooking or refund per the Refund Policy
12

Not for Medical Emergencies

⚠️ Video consultations on Result To Care AI are NOT for emergencies. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, suicidal thoughts, or any other life-threatening symptom: • Call your local emergency number immediately • Go to the nearest hospital emergency department • Do not wait for a Platform consultation Doctors on the Platform may end a video call and direct you to emergency services if your situation requires in-person care.
13

Data Handling After the Call

When a consultation ends: • The live audio and video stream is closed and is not stored • Audit events (room created, joined, ended) are retained per the Privacy Policy • Clinical notes and any prescription issued by the doctor are stored in your medical record on the Platform • Patients can access their notes and prescriptions from the dashboard Retention of records follows the Result To Care AI Privacy Policy and any applicable medical record retention laws.
14

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Video Conference Call Policy periodically to reflect changes in our service, technology, or legal requirements. Where material changes occur: • The "Last Updated" date will be revised • Users will be notified via email or in-app notification Continued use of video consultations on the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
