Result To Care, operated by Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd, stores a small amount of information in your browser. All of it is there to make the Platform work — to keep you signed in, to carry you safely through a payment, and to protect your account. None of it is used for advertising. None of it is shared with advertising networks. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites. This policy explains exactly what is stored, what each item does, and how to remove it. It forms part of the Privacy Policy.

Keeping you signed in — stored in your browser's local storage • resulttocare-auth — holds your access and refresh tokens and basic profile details, so you are not asked to sign in again on every page. Removed when you sign out. Protecting your account — local storage • Failed sign-in tracking — counts recent failed attempts on a given email so that repeated wrong passwords can be slowed down. This is a security measure against someone guessing your password. Cleared on a successful sign-in. Carrying you through a payment — session storage, cleared when you close the tab • Pending payment reference, payment type, and the plan or provider you selected. Payment happens on our payment partner's page, and you return to us afterwards. Without these, we would not know which purchase you had just completed. Consultation consent — session storage • A marker that you have acknowledged the consultation consent notice for a specific consultation, so it is not shown to you repeatedly during the same session. Administrative interface — cookies and session storage • Session and CSRF cookies are set on the administrative interface used by our staff. They are secure, HTTP-only and same-site, and they are not set for patients, professionals or affiliates using the main Platform. • The internal assistant our staff use keeps its conversation in session storage on the staff member's own browser, so a page refresh does not lose it. It is cleared when that tab closes, and it is never set on a patient's or professional's browser. That is the complete list.

We want to be specific about this, because "we may use cookies for analytics" is the kind of sentence that reserves a right nobody has exercised. At the date of this policy, Result To Care does not use: • Google Analytics or any other analytics package. • Advertising or retargeting pixels, including those of any social network. • Cross-site tracking of any kind. • Session replay or heatmap tools. • Third-party profiling or data brokerage. If we introduce any of these, this policy will be updated before they are switched on, and where the law requires consent we will ask for it rather than assume it.

Three services are reached by your browser directly rather than through us. None of them is an advertising or analytics service, and none of them receives a profile of you — but your browser does connect to them, and you are entitled to know which and when. Our payment partner Payments are processed on our payment partner's own pages, not ours. While you are on those pages, that provider may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the transaction. Those cookies are governed by that provider's own policy, not by this one. We do not control them and do not receive advertising data from them. We receive back only what we need to reconcile the payment: the reference, the amount, the currency, the status and the date. Our video provider A video consultation connects your browser to our video provider so that the call itself does not pass through our servers. This happens only when you join a call, never on any other page. They process the call as a service to us and are not permitted to use it for anything else. Our file storage provider Photographs, documents and voice notes are stored with a content delivery provider and are loaded into the page from there. This happens on pages that display such a file. They store the file for us and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

You will not be asked to accept cookies on this Platform, and that is a deliberate decision rather than an omission. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), consent is required for storage that is not necessary to provide the service you asked for — advertising, analytics, profiling and cross-site tracking. It is not required for storage without which the service cannot function. Everything listed above falls in the second category. Your authentication tokens are what keep you signed in. The payment markers are what let us match you to the purchase you just completed. The failed sign-in counter is a security measure protecting your own account. The administrative cookies exist only on staff screens. There is nothing here that could be switched off and still leave you with a working Platform, and nothing here that exists for anyone's commercial benefit. A banner asking your permission for storage you cannot decline and still use the service would be a formality, not a choice — and asking for consent that cannot meaningfully be refused teaches people that the question is not worth reading. If we ever introduce anything that genuinely requires consent, we will ask for it properly, before it is switched on, and you will be able to say no and keep using the Platform.

Signing out Signing out removes your authentication tokens from local storage. On a shared or public computer, sign out rather than just closing the tab. Clearing it yourself Your browser's settings let you clear cookies and site data for a specific site. Doing so for Result To Care removes everything described in this policy. Blocking it You can block cookies and site storage in your browser. Be aware of the consequence: the items listed here are what keep you signed in and what carry you through a payment. Blocking them will prevent the Platform from working. There is no version of this Platform that functions without authentication state. Because nothing we store is used for advertising or analytics, there is no tracking to opt out of — only functionality to keep or lose.
