Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Result To Care AI ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") as a binding agreement between you and Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us"), the legal entity that owns and operates the Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including patients, healthcare providers ("licensed Doctors"), and administrators. Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Result To Care AI provides: • AI-assisted interpretation of laboratory results • Connection to licensed medical doctors • A platform for doctors to consult and issue prescriptions ⚠️ Important: Neither Result To Care AI nor Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd is a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. All medical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions are made solely by licensed doctors.

To use Result To Care AI, you must: • Be at least 15 years old • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law Doctors must additionally: • Hold a valid and active medical license • Provide accurate and verifiable professional credentials • Successfully complete our verification and approval process

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activities conducted under your account • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use at support@resulttocare.com • Ensuring your information remains accurate and up to date You agree not to: • Share your account with any third party • Create multiple accounts for the same individual • Use another person's account without authorization • Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform

IMPORTANT: Result To Care AI is not a substitute for professional medical care. • AI-generated interpretations are for informational and educational purposes only • They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment • Doctor consultations on the Platform supplement but do not replace in-person medical care • You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions • In case of a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately You acknowledge that reliance on any information provided through the Platform is solely at your own risk.

All payments under these Terms are made to Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd, which operates the Platform and is the contracting party for billing, invoicing, and refunds. AI Interpretation: • A one-time fee applies per lab result interpretation • Payment must be completed before results are released Consultations: • Fees are based on the selected consultation plan and duration • Payment must be made in advance • Consultations expire at the end of the paid duration Refunds: • All payments are subject to our Refund Policy • Refunds are processed by Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd Pricing: • Prices are displayed before payment • Supported currencies: NGN, USD, GBP, EUR • Prices may be updated with prior notice

Doctors agree to: • Practice strictly within their licensed scope • Maintain professional and ethical standards • Respond to consultations within a reasonable timeframe • Issue prescriptions only when medically appropriate • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws • Refrain from soliciting patients from the Platform Violation may result in suspension or removal.

Patients agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful health information • Upload only their own or authorized lab results • Interact respectfully with healthcare providers • Avoid fraudulent or unlawful use of the Platform • Not attempt to obtain prescriptions through false information Violation may result in suspension or termination.

A doctor-patient relationship is formed only between you and the licensed doctor, not with Result To Care AI or Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd. Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd, through the Result To Care AI Platform, acts solely as a technology intermediary.

You acknowledge that: • AI interpretations may not always be accurate or complete • The Platform does not guarantee correctness of AI outputs • Final decisions must be made by a licensed doctor

• Prescriptions are issued only by licensed doctors • Neither Result To Care AI nor Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd generates or approves prescriptions You are responsible for: • Verifying prescriptions • Sourcing medications from licensed pharmacies

Result To Care AI and Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd: • Do not sell, supply, or distribute drugs • Are not a pharmacy

Your data is processed by Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd (the data controller) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including requirements from the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd does not guarantee: • Continuous or uninterrupted access • Error-free performance Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd may suspend or modify the Platform at any time.

All Platform content, including the Result To Care AI name, logo, software, and AI systems, is owned by or licensed to Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying AI systems • Use the Result To Care AI or Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd branding without written consent User Data: • You retain ownership of your uploaded data • You grant Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd a limited license to process your data to provide services • Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd does not claim ownership of your medical information

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd (operator of Result To Care AI) and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. The services provided, including AI-generated interpretations, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk. Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd shall not be liable for: • Any decisions made based on AI-generated interpretations • The acts, omissions, or professional conduct of any licensed Doctors on the Platform • Any inaccuracies, errors, or delays in content • Any technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss To the extent permitted by law, Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: • Your use or misuse of the Platform • Your breach of these Terms • Any data or content you submit • Your reliance on AI-generated interpretations without seeking professional medical advice • Your interactions with licensed Doctors on the Platform

Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms • Provide false or misleading information • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior • Fail to pay for services You may terminate your account at any time via support@resulttocare.com. Upon termination: • Access to the Platform will cease • Data will be retained per our Privacy Policy • Fees paid are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

These Terms — and any dispute between you and Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd arising from your use of the Platform — are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through: • Good faith negotiation • Mediation • Arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
