Medical Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using Result To Care. It explains the limits of what the Platform and its AI features can and cannot do.

Medical Emergency? Do NOT use this platform. Call emergency services immediately.

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE USING

Result To Care is for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI interpretations and doctor consultations available on this platform are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

1

Emergencies — Read This First

Result To Care is not for medical emergencies. If someone is unconscious, struggling to breathe, bleeding heavily, having chest pain, having a seizure, showing signs of a stroke, has taken an overdose, or is at risk of harming themselves — call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department now. Do not upload a result and wait. Do not book a consultation and wait. Do not send a message and wait for a reply. Emergency Support on the Platform means a healthcare provider attending at short notice. It is not an ambulance service and not a resuscitation service. A provider attending under Emergency Support will direct you to emergency services where that is the right course, and is required to.
2

The Platform Is Not a Medical Service

Neither Result To Care nor Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd is a healthcare provider, and neither practises medicine. The Platform is a service that connects you with independent, appropriately licensed professionals, and provides tools that support that. It does not itself diagnose, treat, or advise. The professionals you may reach through it are: • Licensed medical doctors, general and specialist • Nursing professionals registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria • Allied healthcare professionals • Home healthcare providers and caregivers Each is independently registered and responsible for their own practice. Their advice is theirs, given on their own professional judgement and within their own scope. Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd does not direct it and does not overrule it. The Platform does not provide laboratory testing. It interprets reports you upload. The Platform does not offer consultations at a clinic or facility. In-person care is delivered at the location you specify, as a Home Visit.
3

AI Interpretation — What It Can and Cannot Do

When you upload a laboratory report, the Platform can generate an AI-assisted interpretation of it. What it is: a plain-language explanation of what the values in a report generally mean, and which of them fall outside the usual reference ranges. What it is not: • It is not a diagnosis. • It is not medical advice. • It does not know your history, your symptoms, your medication, or anything a professional would ask you. • It can be wrong. It can misread a document, misinterpret an unusual unit, or miss something a clinician would notice immediately. • It cannot tell you what to do about a result. Never start, stop or change a treatment because of an AI interpretation. Take it to a professional. That is what it is for. If an interpretation and a professional disagree, the professional is right. They have your history and their training; the interpretation has a PDF.
4

Consultations

Consultations on the Platform are with licensed doctors, who are responsible for the advice they give. What you should understand: • A remote consultation has limits. A doctor who cannot examine you may be unable to reach a conclusion and may ask you to be seen in person. That is good practice, not a failure of the service. • The quality of advice depends on the accuracy of what you tell them. Incomplete or inaccurate history produces unreliable advice. • A consultation is not a substitute for ongoing care with a doctor who knows you. • A doctor may decline to advise on something outside their scope, and may refer you elsewhere. Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd does not guarantee any clinical outcome, and does not guarantee that a consultation will resolve your problem.
5

Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Caregivers

Nursing, allied health and home care professionals deliver hands-on care within their registered scope of practice. They may not diagnose, and they may not prescribe. Where the law and their profession expressly permit a specific act, they may perform that act and no further. A provider who declines to do something you have asked for is not being unhelpful — they are staying inside the scope they are registered for, which is the thing that makes them safe to admit to your home. They are required to escalate to a doctor, or to emergency services, anything beyond that scope. Home healthcare providers who hold a certificate rather than a statutory registration are verified against that certificate. That verification confirms the certificate, not a licence to practise clinically.
6

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued by authorised healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable Nigerian law and their own clinical judgement. • A prescription is issued only where the professional considers it clinically appropriate. • There is no entitlement to a prescription. A professional who declines to issue one is exercising judgement, and that decision is not a service failure and is not refundable on that ground. • Result To Care does not dispense medication and is not a pharmacy. • Do not seek a prescription for another person without saying so, and do not attempt to obtain controlled substances by concealment or misrepresentation. Both are serious breaches of the Terms of Use and may be criminal offences. Take prescribed medication as directed. If you experience an adverse reaction, seek medical attention — and in an emergency, call 112.
7

No Doctor–Patient Relationship With the Platform

Using Result To Care does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd. Where such a relationship arises, it arises between you and the individual professional treating you, and it is governed by their professional obligations and by applicable law. Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd does not hold itself out as able to answer clinical questions, and our support team cannot give medical advice. If you ask them a clinical question they will tell you to speak to a professional, and they are right to.
8

Get a Second Opinion

For any significant diagnosis or treatment decision, seek a second opinion. This is not a disclaimer talking. It is ordinary good practice, and it applies whether the first opinion came from this Platform or anywhere else. Seek one particularly where a result is unexpected, where a proposed treatment carries serious risk, where a diagnosis is serious, or where something simply does not fit what you know about your own health.
9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd is not liable for: • The clinical decisions, acts or omissions of independent professionals accessed through the Platform. • Loss arising from reliance on an AI-assisted interpretation without professional advice. • Loss arising from delay in seeking emergency care. • Loss arising from information you gave that was inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. The Terms of Use set out the full limitation of liability.
