Result To Care — operated by Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd

Version 2026.08 · Last updated 24 August 2026

Medical Disclaimer: Result To Care is not a substitute for professional medical care. AI-generated interpretations are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

These Terms govern your use of Result To Care, a digital healthcare platform owned and operated by Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Result To Care ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") as a binding agreement between you and Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us"), the legal entity that owns and operates the Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Platform: patients; licensed medical doctors; nursing professionals; allied healthcare professionals; home healthcare providers and caregivers; affiliates; and administrators. Where a document specific to your role also applies — the Healthcare Provider Agreement, the Affiliate Terms — that document governs your role, and these Terms govern everything it does not address. We may change these Terms. Where a change is material, we will record your acceptance of the new version before you continue to use the Platform. The version and last-updated date of the text you are reading are shown at the top of this page.

What the Platform Is, and What It Is Not

Result To Care connects patients with healthcare professionals and provides supporting tools. Through the Platform you may access: • General Practitioner consultations • Specialist consultations • Direct consultations • Specialist plan upgrades • Private (VIP) consultations • Video consultations, where included in the applicable plan • Prescriptions issued by authorised professionals • AI-assisted interpretation of laboratory results you upload And, from nursing, allied health and home care professionals: • Home nursing care • Wound care and dressing • Intravenous (IV) therapy • Injections (intramuscular and subcutaneous) • Medication administration • Urinary catheter care • Tube feeding (nasogastric and PEG) • Stoma and colostomy care • Tracheostomy care • Oxygen therapy support • Post-operative care • Immunisation and vaccination • Pressure sore prevention • Vital signs monitoring • Blood pressure monitoring • Blood sugar monitoring • Home sample collection • Chronic disease management • Physiotherapy • Occupational therapy • Speech and language therapy • Chest physiotherapy and breathing support • Rehabilitation and mobility training • Nutritional counselling • Medication review • Mental health support • Antenatal care • Postnatal care • Newborn and infant care • Breastfeeding and lactation support • Childcare support • Elderly care • Dementia and memory care • Palliative and end-of-life care • Disability and special needs support • Personal care, including bathing and grooming • Mobility and transfer assistance • Toileting and continence support • Meal preparation and feeding assistance • Medication reminders • Companionship and social support • Respite care for family carers • Overnight and live-in care • Escort to appointments • Teleconsultation services • Emergency support, at short notice • Home visits Services are offered only by professionals whose registered category permits them. Clinical procedures are restricted to registered nursing and allied health professionals; home healthcare providers offer personal, daily living and companionship support. A provider cannot list a service outside their category. The professionals available through the Platform are: • Licensed medical doctors, general and specialist • Nursing professionals registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria • Allied healthcare professionals • Home healthcare providers and caregivers ⚠️ Important: Neither Result To Care nor Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd is a healthcare provider, and neither practises medicine. The Platform facilitates access to independent, appropriately licensed professionals. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment and prescriptions are the responsibility of the professional who makes them, exercising their own professional judgement within their own scope of practice. The Platform does not provide laboratory testing. It interprets results that you upload, and that interpretation is informational — it is not a diagnosis. The Platform does not offer consultations at a clinic or facility. In-person care is delivered as a Home Visit, at the location you specify.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

To use Result To Care you must be at least 18 years old, or 15 or older with the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You must provide accurate registration information, have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and not be barred from using the Platform under applicable law. Healthcare professionals must additionally hold a current, valid registration or licence with their regulator, practise only within their scope, and satisfy the Platform's credential checks before they may accept work. Home healthcare providers who hold a certificate rather than a licence number must upload that certificate for verification. You are responsible for your account: for the confidentiality of your credentials, for everything done through it, and for telling us promptly at support@resulttocare.com if you believe it has been compromised. Do not share an account. A patient account holds health information, and a shared account cannot protect it.

Consultations and Session Plans

Consultations are sold as session plans. When you buy a plan you receive a stated number of sessions, each of a stated duration, usable with a stated kind of doctor. The number of sessions, the duration of each, the price, and any expiry are shown on the plan before you buy it, and those displayed terms are the ones that apply to your purchase. Plans are of three kinds: • Standard plans grant sessions with a General Practitioner or, where the plan says so, with a Specialist. • Direct Consultation plans let you choose a specific doctor rather than being matched. • Specialist plans let you choose a specific specialist session. How sessions are consumed: • A session is consumed when the consultation begins. Once consumed it is not restored, whether or not you use the full duration. • A session may end when its duration expires. Where the Platform offers an extension or a further session, the terms of that offer are shown at the time. • Unused sessions remain available until the plan's stated expiry, if it has one. They are not transferable to another person. • Sessions gated to General Practitioners cannot be used with a Specialist unless you purchase an upgrade. Prescriptions may be issued during a consultation where the doctor considers one clinically appropriate and is authorised to issue it. There is no entitlement to a prescription, and a doctor who declines to issue one is exercising professional judgement. Video consultation may be available as part of applicable plans. Where it is, the Video Consultation Policy applies in addition to these Terms.
5

Video Consultations

Where your plan includes video consultation, you consent to taking part in a consultation conducted over live audio and video. You should understand the following before you do: • Telemedicine has limits. A professional who cannot examine you physically may be unable to reach a conclusion, and may ask you to be seen in person. That is a clinical judgement and is not a failure of the service. • The consultation depends on your internet connection, your device, its camera and microphone, and on ours. Poor connectivity may degrade or interrupt a call. • You are responsible for taking the call somewhere private enough for your own comfort. We secure the connection; we cannot secure the room you are sitting in. • Recording, screenshotting or transcribing a consultation without the express consent of everyone on the call is prohibited and may be unlawful. • Video consultation is not for emergencies. If your situation is urgent, stop and call 112. The Video Consultation Policy sets out these provisions in full, including conduct on calls, identity checks, and what happens to data afterwards.
6

Private and VIP Consultations

Private Consultations are arranged individually rather than booked from the public queue. • You request a Private Consultation and our support team arranges it with you directly. • Pricing is quoted for your specific request. There is no standard published rate. • Availability depends on the professional being matched and is not guaranteed. • Payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any refund entitlement are those stated to you in writing when the consultation is arranged. Where they say nothing on a point, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. • Private Consultations carry the same confidentiality and privacy protections as any other consultation. "Private" describes how the booking is arranged, not a different standard of care or a different standard of record-keeping.
7

Home Visits, Emergency Support and Provider Services

Services delivered by nurses, allied health professionals and home healthcare providers work differently from consultations, and the differences matter. Pricing The Platform does not set, publish, or recommend a price for home visits or emergency support. There is no default or platform rate for these services. The price is proposed by the provider for the specific request and becomes binding only when the patient accepts it. Prices are usually quoted per day of service. Where a booking spans several days, the total is the daily price multiplied by the number of service days, plus any travel fee the provider states separately and the ₦15,000 Verification Fee described below. Virtual consultations with a provider are the one exception: they are fixed platform-wide at ₦5,000 and are not negotiated. How a booking is made • You select a provider, or post a general request that matching providers may answer. • You describe what you need, where, and when. • The provider responds with a price, usually per day of service. • You may accept, decline, or make a counter-offer. Either side may counter again. • When you accept, payment becomes due. Nothing is owed before this point. • After payment you complete identity verification and consent. • An administrator reviews the verification and approves or rejects it. • Only after approval are your details released to the provider. • The service is delivered on the agreed dates and hours. A booking is confirmed only when payment has been received and, where identity verification applies, that verification has been approved. An offer, an acceptance, or a completed form does not by itself confirm a booking or oblige a provider to attend. Negotiation Either side may propose terms and either side may counter. What is negotiable includes the daily price, the number of service days, the dates, and the daily start and end times. A provider is not obliged to accept the schedule you asked for and may propose a different one; you are not obliged to accept their price. Standard service hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm unless you and the provider agree otherwise. Emergency support — what it is not Emergency support on the Platform means a provider attending at short notice. It is not an ambulance service, not a resuscitation service, and not a substitute for emergency medical care. If someone's life may be at risk, call 112 first. A provider attending under emergency support will direct you to emergency services where that is the appropriate course, and is required to. Patient responsibilities • Give accurate information about the care needed, the address, and who will be present. • Provide a safe and lawful environment for the provider to work in. • Be present, or ensure the person you named is present, at the agreed time. • Do not ask a provider to work outside their scope of practice. They will refuse, and they are right to. Provider responsibilities • Attend at the agreed time and place, or give notice as early as they reasonably can. • Work within their registered scope and their professional standards. • Escalate to a doctor or to emergency services anything beyond that scope. • Keep everything they learn about you confidential.
8

Payment, and When It Becomes Due

For consultations, payment is due when you buy a plan, and the plan is available once payment is confirmed. For provider services, payment becomes due when you accept a provider's offer — not when you send a request, and not when you receive an offer. A booking is confirmed only when payment has been received and, where identity verification applies, that verification has been approved. An offer, an acceptance, or a completed form does not by itself confirm a booking or oblige a provider to attend. The Verification Fee A single ₦15,000 Verification Fee is charged per provider booking, on top of the agreed service price. It pays for the identity checks the Platform runs before anyone is sent to a patient's home. It is not a share of the provider's price and no part of it is paid to the provider. It is refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of paying it. After that the checks have been carried out and paid for, and it is not refundable. General • All payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details. • Prices are shown before you commit, and the total you are shown is the total that will be charged. • Failed or incomplete payments do not confirm a booking. A booking held pending payment is released when its hold expires. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out refund entitlements in full and forms part of these Terms.
9

Identity Verification and Administrative Approval

For services delivered in person, identity verification is mandatory, and it happens after payment rather than before. You may be required to provide: • Your full name and a contact telephone number • The address at which the service will be delivered • A valid means of identification — National Identification Number (NIN), driver's licence, or international passport • A photograph or selfie, so the provider can confirm who they are meeting • Emergency contact or guarantor details • Who is expected to be present during a home visit • Any other information reasonably required for safe delivery of the service Submitting this information does not release it to the provider. It is held by the Platform and reviewed by an authorised administrator, who may approve or reject the verification. Only after approval is the information the provider needs to deliver the service released to them, and only that information. A rejected verification releases nothing. This is a protection for both sides. A provider is being asked to attend a private address; a patient is being asked to admit a stranger. Neither should have to rely on the other's word alone, and neither should have their documents handed over before someone has checked them. Providing false identity information, or verifying on behalf of someone whose identity you are concealing, is a serious breach of these Terms and may be a criminal offence. We may refuse or reverse a booking, suspend an account, and report the matter. Where verification is rejected, the booking does not proceed and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10

Cancellations and Refunds

In summary — the Refund and Cancellation Policy governs: • Cancel a provider booking at least 24 hours before the start and the service price is refunded in full. • Cancel between 2 and 24 hours before the start and 50% of the service price is refunded. • Cancel less than 2 hours before the start, or after it, and the service price is not refunded. • The Verification Fee follows its own rule: refundable within 24 hours of payment, not afterwards. • If a provider cancels, you are refunded in full, including the Verification Fee, whenever they cancel. These windows are the current settings and may be changed. The figures applying to your booking are shown on the booking itself before you pay. Consultation sessions, once consumed, are not refundable. Unused sessions are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11

Chat, Voice Messages and Uploaded Files

The Platform provides messaging between patients and the professionals treating them, and lets you upload files such as laboratory reports. Acceptable use • Use messaging for the care you are receiving or providing. It is not a general messaging service. • Do not send abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory content. • Do not send sexual content, or content involving a child. • Do not send anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to send. • Do not use messaging to arrange payment outside the Platform, or to solicit a professional or a patient away from it. • Do not upload malware, or files you know to be corrupted or misleading. Privacy and retention • Messages, voice notes and uploaded files form part of the clinical record of your care and are retained accordingly. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods. • Messages are visible to the parties to the conversation. Authorised staff may access them where necessary to investigate a report, resolve a dispute, or comply with a legal obligation — not for browsing. • We may remove content that breaches these Terms and may suspend an account over it. When chat opens Chat availability is tied to a booking or consultation. Access opens and closes with the service it belongs to; it is not a permanent channel to a professional. Messaging between a patient and a provider opens only once the booking has been paid for. Before payment there is no messaging channel: terms are agreed through offers and counter-offers, each of which may carry a note. This is deliberate. An open channel between two parties who have not yet committed is where a booking is taken off the Platform, and a patient who arranges a visit directly loses the identity verification, the agreed price and the recourse that booking here provides.
12

Conduct of Patients

You agree to: • Give accurate, complete and honest information about your health. A professional's advice is only as good as what you tell them. • Treat professionals and staff with respect. • Attend consultations and be available for booked services at the agreed time. • Not record a consultation without the express consent of everyone taking part. • Not misuse prescriptions, or seek prescriptions for anyone other than yourself without disclosing that. • Not attempt to obtain controlled substances by concealment or misrepresentation. • Not use the Platform to harass, defraud or endanger anyone. Serious or repeated breach may result in suspension or termination without refund.
13

Conduct of Doctors and Healthcare Providers

Professionals using the Platform agree to: • Maintain a valid registration or licence, and provide evidence of it on request. • Practise only within their scope of practice and their professional competence. • Meet the standards of their regulator and of applicable law, including those on record-keeping and prescribing. • Keep patient information confidential, and use it only to deliver care. • Give accurate credentials, availability, service areas and pricing. • Attend booked services, and give notice as early as reasonably possible if they cannot. • Escalate anything beyond their scope, and direct patients to emergency services where necessary. • Neither solicit nor accept payment outside the Platform for services arranged through it. • Not delegate their account or their work to another person. Nursing, allied health and home care professionals may not diagnose or prescribe. Where the law and their profession permit a specific act, they may perform it and no further.
14

Payments and Service Fees

Patients are responsible for paying the applicable consultation or agreed service fee before or in accordance with the booking and payment requirements displayed on the Platform. Where a healthcare provider sets or agrees a service price, the amount payable by the patient will be communicated through the Platform before payment is made. Result To Care may deduct applicable Platform fees or charges in accordance with its arrangements with healthcare providers. Such commercial arrangements do not affect the amount payable by the patient for a confirmed service.
15

Medical Disclaimer

Result To Care facilitates access to healthcare professionals. It does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. • AI-assisted interpretation of laboratory results is informational. It is not a diagnosis, it can be wrong, and it must not be acted on without professional advice. • Medical advice is given by appropriately licensed professionals, exercising their own judgement, and they are responsible for it. • Prescriptions are issued by authorised healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable law and their own clinical judgement. • The Platform is not a substitute for emergency medical care. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a response on the Platform. • You are encouraged to seek a second opinion on any significant diagnosis or treatment decision. The Medical Disclaimer sets this out in full.
16

Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal and health information in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), and with any other data protection law applicable where the service is actively offered. Health information, identity documents, photographs and service addresses are sensitive, and we treat them as such. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, how it is secured, and the rights you have over it — including how to withdraw a consent you have given. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it; where we rely on another lawful basis — such as a legal obligation to retain medical records — withdrawal does not require us to delete what we are obliged to keep, and the Privacy Policy says which is which.
17

Intellectual Property

The Platform, its software, design, text, and the arrangement of its content belong to Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd or its licensors. You may use them only to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission. Content you upload remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to store it, display it to the professionals treating you, and process it to deliver the service you asked for — and no wider licence than that. We do not sell your content and do not use your health information to train models for other purposes.
18

Platform Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control, including network and third-party failures. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces something you have already paid for, we will tell you and set out what happens to it. Interruption is not a substitute for emergency care. If you cannot reach the Platform and your situation is urgent, call 112.
19

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd is not liable for the clinical decisions, acts or omissions of independent professionals accessed through the Platform. They are responsible for their own practice. • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. • We are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on AI-assisted interpretation without professional advice. • We are not liable for loss arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete. • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
20

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Crafts and Clicks Technology Ltd, its officers, employees and agents against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, your infringement of anyone's rights, or — if you are a professional — your provision of services through the Platform.
21

Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and does not cancel obligations already incurred. We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, fraud or attempted fraud, a risk to the safety of a patient or a professional, provision of false identity or credential information, or a requirement of law. Where we suspend an account with bookings in progress, we will deal with those bookings and any refunds due under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Records we are obliged to retain — medical records, financial records — survive the closure of an account. The Privacy Policy sets out for how long.
22

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, contact support@resulttocare.com first. Most disputes are resolved that way, and the Platform provides a dispute process for bookings which we ask you to use before escalating. Nothing here prevents you from complaining to your professional regulator, to a data protection authority, or to any other body with jurisdiction.
